Simple Payment Solutions
Here at Dr. Sally Kashani DDS – Hollywood Dentist, we believe that everyone is entitled to a healthy and attractive smile regardless of their financial position. In order to help accomplish this, we offer a wide range of financing options that will meet nearly any budget. We accept all PPO plans and many of our treatments are covered by insurance. Please reach out to your insurance carrier to find out more about your specific insurance plan and what is covered. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
We are committed to providing the most reasonable cost to our valued patients. Because of this, payment for services is due at the time of service unless we have made prior arrangements.
Financing with Care Credit
If you are interested in financing your dental treatment instead of paying upfront, we accept third-party financing through CareCredit. CareCredit provides patients with many choices for financing. An application for CareCredit can be found at their website, or you can pick up an application from our office during your visit.

Motion Picture Dental
This insurance provides dental coverage through Delta. There are 2 dental plan options: Delta Dental PPO and Delta Care USA.
Citi Credit
Citi Health Card is another credit card specifically for health care. They may be used to pay for your treatment in its entirety or for remaining amounts not covered by your insurance. Citi Credit offers flexible payment plans, allowing you to pay what is within your budget month to month until your total balance is paid off.
In-House Financing
If you would rather not deal with outside parties for your payment needs, in house financing is available on all procedures. We can go over your procedures, and how much you will need to pay month to month based on the cost of procedures and the length of your financing period.
